How do I place an order if I
live in the USA?
All prices are in Canadian
dollars, when you make a purchase from the US (or
Internationally) your credit card company will convert
the total amount on your bill to the currency of your
country.
What are my payment options?
All transactions are handled
via
Paypal's
secure website, VISA, Mastercard and American Express
are accepted as well as Paypal account payments.
You do not need to
have an existing account with PayPal nor do you need to
sign up for one when purchasing with the credit card of
your choice. Simply enter your card information on the PayPal checkout page and your payment will be safely and
securely processed.
Why am I getting a Paypal error
message: "unable to accept the credit card at this
time"?
PayPal currently requires 3rd Party Cookies to be
Enabled. Please make sure that 3rd Party Cookies are
enabled on the browser. The latest versions of most
browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer,
Opera and Google Chrome do allow third-party cookies
by default, as long as the third-party website has
Compact Privacy Policy published. Some browsers such
as Safari and older versions of other browsers such as
IE6 have 3rd party cookies disabled by default.
If you are still having issues and your 3rd party
cookies are enabled, we strongly recommend contacting
Trial Pay to have your issue resolved. Please make
sure you have taken note of the exact error you are
running into while trying to make a payment via PayPal.
If your credit card account is
fine (not over the limit etc.) this is most likely
because PayPal currently requires 3rd Party Cookies to
be enabled. Please make sure that 3rd Party Cookies are
enabled in your browser settings.
How soon will my order
arrive?
Your order will
be shipped out within 3 business days. You will
receive an email notification after your order has been
sent.

Regular air mail
to the USA delivers
within 4 to
10 business days.
If you need it sooner please choose Express
shipping which delivers within 3 to 5 business days.
- Regular
air mail to Canada delivers within 2 to 9 business days. Express within 1 to 2 business days.
- Regular
International air mail delivers within 6 to 10
business days. Express within 4 to 7 business days
Please note:
these are "estimated"
delivery dates only. Once your order is in the hands of
Canada Post or the USPS Bibbity Bop has no control over
the exact delivery date and is not responsible for
delays beyond our control such as customs, local
delivery delays or missing packages.
Can I
return or exchange my order?
Please
note that discounted "sale" or custom-made items are
final sale and not returnable.
Return or exchange of unused items may be made within 30 days, however
the order's original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable and you
are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be
processed via Paypal when the item is received by Bibbity Bop
in the same condition in which it was sent.

Are you sure your
vinyl bibs
are lead free?
Yes, the vinyl used for Bibbity
Bop products contains no
lead, cadmium or bpa. Every item is handmade in Toronto, Canada
with locally sourced materials.
Can I
really put vinyl in the washing machine?
Absolutely but you won't need to very often! Just wipe
with a damp cloth or a quick rinse under the tap is enough. When needed simply pop them in a warm
or cold water gentle cycle and
hang flat to dry.
Can I
put vinyl in the dryer?
No, not recommended.
Do you do custom
orders?
Yes, if you see a print
on the site that you'd like made up in a particular design; a pink toile adult apron or set of
placemats for instance please contact: alice@bibbitybop.com. Sorry but I don't do lobster bibs, bibs with a tie
design, long sleeved bibs or custom printed bibs.
