How do I place an order if I live in the USA?

All prices are in Canadian dollars, when you make a purchase from the US (or Internationally) your credit card company will convert the total amount on your bill to the currency of your country.

What are my payment options?

All transactions are handled via Paypal's secure website, VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted as well as Paypal account payments.

You do not need to have an existing account with PayPal nor do you need to sign up for one when purchasing with the credit card of your choice. Simply enter your card information on the PayPal checkout page and your payment will be safely and securely processed. 

How soon will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification after your order has been sent.

• Regular air mail to the USA delivers within 4 to 10 business days. If you need it sooner please choose Express shipping which delivers within 3 to 5 business days. 
• Regular air mail to Canada delivers within 2 to 9 business days. Express within 1 to 2 business days.
• Regular International air mail delivers within 6 to 10 business days. Express within 4 to 7 business days

Please note: these are "estimated" delivery dates only. Once your order is in the hands of Canada Post or the USPS Bibbity Bop has no control over the exact delivery date and is not responsible for delays beyond our control such as customs, local delivery delays or missing packages.

Are you sure your vinyl bibs are lead free?

Yes, the vinyl used for Bibbity Bop products contains no lead or cadmium and is safe for babies. Every item is handmade in Toronto, Canada with locally sourced materials. 

Please use common sense at all times and as a safety precaution do not allow children to chew or bite the bib, check for signs of wear and discard if vinyl becomes cracked or torn.

Can I really put vinyl in the washing machine?

Absolutely but you won't need to very often! Just wipe with a damp cloth or a quick rinse under the tap is enough. When needed simply pop them in a warm water gentle cycle, remove while still warm, flatten and hang flat to dry.

Can I put vinyl in the dryer?

No, not recommended.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, if you see a print on the site that you'd like made up in a particular design; a pink toile adult apron or set of placemats for instance please contact: alice@bibbitybop.com. Sorry but I don't do lobster bibs, bibs with a tie design, long sleeved bibs or custom printed bibs.
