Shipping: Prices are calculated upon checkout, after entering your address you will be given a choice of regular or express and the costs for each. Items are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the date of purchase, you will receive an email to let you know when it's in the mail.

• Regular air mail to the USA delivers within 4 to 10 business days. If you need it sooner please choose the Express shipping option which delivers within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns/Refunds: Before returning any items please email alice@bibbitybop.com for details. Return or exchange of unused items may be made within 30 days, however the order's original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed via Paypal when the item is received by Bibbity Bop in the same condition in which it was sent. Please note that discounted "sale" or custom-made items are final sale and not returnable.
